EMIR
is a dynamic Web-based Decision Support System, result of
my PhD Research at Medialab NTUA under Prof.
Vassili LOUMOS, and it's new to its kind. The back-end
technology comprises of an IIS, Matlab Clustered Web Server,
Tomcat and Apache (J2EE). There is also a combined MySQL
and MS-SQL Database server. The communication of the Application
cluster servers is through JSP, Servlets and MSP (Matlab
Server Pages). Also there are POST Methods to MATLAB Server.
The whole core intelligence is programmed with MATLAB. EMIR
System is at my Servers (Double XeoN) at Medialab, NTUA.
It is the only intelligent web-based
DSS system in Greece, based on the combined J2EE - MATLAB
Architecture. My
objective is to create a live web-based
DSS, full of intelligence and fuzzy self-reasoning.
It will be the first on-line Fuzzy
Semanic Decision Support System (FSN - Fuzzy Semantic
Networks). It will be based on isomoprhic hypercubic differential
topology, distributed knowledge grids and multidimensional
Data Mining. MATLAB distributed toolbox will be used, together
with J2EE philosophy. Bending simplicial complexes will
be used for modelling human consequences and clustered-based
reasoning (stored knowledge). The Mathematical base will
be provided soon with papers (working on simplicial complexes
bending spaces...)
